ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent Bank to disburse the fixed deposit amounts along with the accrued interest and the amount lying in the Savings Bank Account of late Samuvel Chandrasekar, maintained in the second respondent Bank to the legal heirs of late Samuvel Chandrasekar, through the registered nominee therein.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the amount has already been disbursed to the respondents 3 and 4, who were the nominees.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
