Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KISHORE KUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11992 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to surrender before the concerned trial Court. Since the petitioners were unable to arrange the sureties on time, they could not surrender before the concerned trial Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11992 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
