The respondents herein had preferred a writ appeal but the same was dismissed. Subsequently, the respondents had paid the applicable terminal benefits to the petitioners. However, the petitioners are disputing the calculation but they are not able to pin point the mistakes in the calculation. 2/4

2.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the plea as of now. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. However, the petitioners are at liberty to reopen the contempt petition.
