ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 120(b), 419, 420, 468, 471, 441, 465, 447, 351 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.243 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the first petitioner was involved in two previous cases one which for murder and another one under Section 498A IPC and the second petitioner is having 11 previous cases which includes 392 and 397 IPC etc., this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
