ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.538/2021 and during the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant has given a statement that she would approach the District Crime Branch, Madurai for appropriate remedy and that no further action is required to be taken on her complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
