PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.68 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 IPC and 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, in Crime No.68 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on receipt of secret information, the de-facto complainant along with other officials conducted a search in Anand Clinic run by the petitioner and found that the petitioner was not a doctor, he was studied 12th standard and he has given an English medicine to the general public. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence and he is in judicial custody for the 16 days. Hence, he prays for bail.
