RESPONDENT/DE-FACTO COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit in Crl.MP(MD)No.8491/2023 in Crl.OP(MD)No.14103/2022 dated 16.06.2023 by specifically directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District to accept the sureties as well as as the deed executed towards cancelling the release deed on 12.07.2023 registered vide Doc.1951/2023 before the Sub Registrar, Puliangudi in due compliance with the aforesaid orders. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

Even though the report has been called for from the trial Court as to why the surety memo filed by the petitioner came to be returned, no proper reply has been mentioned in the report.

2. There shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said surety memo filed by the petitioner.

3. In the light of the order passed by this Court, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in future, since it has been stated by the petitioner that the above said documents are also ready with the petitioner.
