O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.22555 of 2019 dated 24.10.2019 has not been complied with.

2.Today(15.11.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tirunelveli in Na.Ka.No.10425A3/2024, dated 09.11.2024 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by disputing the same submits that the monetary benefits for the period from 12.04.2006 to 31.05.2009 has not yet been disbursed to this petitioner.

4. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the appointment of the petitioner has been approved and the respondents are taking steps to settle the monetary benefits to the petitioner and the same is under process.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
