ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.12.2024 made in C.M.P.(MD)No.17367 of 2024 in W.A.(MD)No.2486 of 2024. 2.This contempt petition is filed as if the status quo order passed by this Court on 04.12.2024, had been violated by the contemnor by issuing an enquiry notice dated 06.05.2025.

3.The notice issued by the contemnor is in respect of an enquiry pursuant to the instructions given by the Court appointed Administrator and the status quo, which is ordered by this Court by way of an interim order, does not satisfy what status quo is meant for.

4.In such circumstances, we cannot presume that by issuing enquiry notice, the contemnor has violated the order passed by this Court. Unless the administration of the Society, which is the subject matter of the writ petition is disturbed, we are not inclined to entertain the contempt jurisdiction.
