ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.09.2022 and the same was closed. Hence, the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
