ORDER

This Criminal Revision is filed to quash the order passed in M.C.No.135 of 2023 by the Second Class Executive Magistrate Cum Tahsildar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, dated 11.08.2023. 2.The petitioner filed this revision challenging the summon issued by the first respondent under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that since the activity of the petitioner caused prejudice to the public and also public peace, he was called upon by the first respondent to give explanation. Hence, there is no merit in this revision filed by the petitioner and he prays for dismissal of this revision.

From the perusal of the summon issued by the first respondent dated dated 11.08.2023, it is seen that the first respondent after applying his mind to the report submitted by the jurisdictional police, issued summon to the petitioner. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in this revision. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to give explanation and also challenging the final order if any order passed after enquiry.
