ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 20.06.2018 seeking information about the third respondent's employment under the respondents 1 and 2. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner is the wife of the third respondent. They got separated, due to misunderstanding and as such, the petitioner was not able to maintain herself. Therefore, she filed a petition for maintenance in M.C.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil. In order to ascertain the employment of the third respondent, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 20.06.

2018 before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking information about the employment of the third respondent. Even before the trial Court, the petitioner can very well exhaust this remedy in the manner known to law. Therefore, a direction cannot be given to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2018. The Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
