ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 02.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no FIR is pending as against the present petitioners, as far as the offence referred in the petition, but the respondent police is suspecting involvement of second petitioner in Crime Nos.286 and 169 of 2021 for the offence under Section 392 IPC. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

3.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
