O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police to dispose of the representation dated 18.05.2023 given by the petitioner.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has worked in the respondents 3 and 4 Company for a period of 10 months, even though he has agreed to work for a period of two years. It is submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 have not returned the original Certificates of the petitioner and thereby, he has filed a complaint before the respondent No.1 Police and the same was forwarded to the respondent No.2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though the petitioner has submitted the 2/5

original Certificates to the respondents 3 and 4, the receipt has not been given. It is further submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that now the respondents 3 and 4 have been demanding some compensation to leave the job properly and in case if the compensation is paid, they will return the original Certificates.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the enquiry was conducted, wherein, the respondents 3 and 4 have reported that the petitioner has not given the original Certificates to them and that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.05.2023 was closed, after conducting enquiry.

In view of the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the Police again and file a fresh application with fresh information which he has got and thereby, the respondents Police are directed to complete the enquiry not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh application.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
