(MD).No.15596 of 2021 dt 28.10.2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANDHIRALINGESWARAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15596 of 2021 on 28.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.10665 of 2021 No.15596 of 2021 on 28.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
