ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3
respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Cr.No.17 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.
3. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner that he encashed wrongful greed of the defacto complainant to get Government job by giving bribe and considering the fact that the petitioner has forged the appointment orders, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
