O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.134 of 2023, dated 15.07.2023, on the file of the Singampunari Police station, Sivagangai District, and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the case in Crime No.134 of 2023, after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed in S.T.C.No.484 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, Sivagangai District.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the content of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
