ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Section 328 IPC and Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act in Crime.No.40 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is said to have been involving in possession and selling of banned tobacco products, which involves the cool lip products, which is spoiling the tender children of the state, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
