ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondent police to take action in respect of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 31.07.2023 against the unofficial respondent No.5 and 6.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the complaint dated 31.07.2023, which was sent to the higher ups, has been forwarded to the respondent No.2 police and the same was registered as C.No.G5/37/SDO-SVPR/2023 and an enquiry is being initiated and both the parties appeared. Since the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature, both parties were directed to approach the civil Court, for which the petitioner has also agreed. It is also submitted that the petitioner has already filed one more complaint against the unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6 and the same was registered as Crime No.151 of 2023 dated 19.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 324 IPC. The same is recorded. 2/4

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the complaints filed by the petitioner were attended and action has already been initiated against the unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. No costs.
