ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to give suitable instructions and order to the second respondent for providing adequate police protection for bringing the Utsava Murties (festival deities) from the temple house to the temple on 10.09.2024 and subsequent Kumbabishegam on 15.09.2024 in pursuance of the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2024 forthwith.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed some dispute between the writ petitioner's group and the third respondent's group and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No. 469 of 2024 came to be registered on 04.09.2024 and enquiry is pending. 2/4

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of three days from today (09.09.2024).

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
