O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.108 of 2023 registered against the petitioner and the other accused for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 323 and 363 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed in C.C.No.1859 of 2023.

3. Since the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
