O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.M.A(CS) SR.No.4628 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi.

2. The petitioner has suffered an order under Section 87 of the Cooperative Societies Act. He has preferred the present appeal before the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi, with a delay of 158 days. The condone delay application has been numbered in I.A.No.1 of 2024. According to the petitioner, the first respondent has filed a Memo to the effect that counter is not necessary for the disposal of the condone delay application.

3. Considering the fact that the condone delay application is pending for more than one year, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District 2/4

Court, Thoothukudi to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the orders passed in the condone delay application, the main appeal shall be disposed of on or before 31.12.2025.
