ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application dated 12.07.2023 to the respondent for issuance of patta in her name in respect of the 1/4
property in S.No.18/7A1 situated at Y.Pudupatti Village, East Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said application has not been considered by the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that enquiry proceedings has been initiated and the same is not yet over. After the completion of enquiry, the respondent would pass further orders.
3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
