ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner's name has been included in the history sheet maintained by the third respondent. The petitioner seeks deletion of his name from the said list. It is further asserted by the petitioner that after May 2018, he has not come under adverse notice of the respondents. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that ever year during December, annual review is undertaken and if the person concerned had not come under the adverse notice of the respondents during the preceding two years, the name will be deleted from the history sheet.

3. Recording the said submission, I direct the third respondent to delete the petitioner's name from the history sheet, if he has not come under the adverse notice of the respondents during the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.21445 of 2021 preceding two years. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
