ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the due to money dispute, the defacto complainant went to the petitioners house, at that time, the petitioners abused him in filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending before the respondent police.

4. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arise, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through the appropriate proceedings.

With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
