The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari, in C.C.No.142 of 2018 and to dispose the same within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the witnesses had been examined and the case is posed for examination of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.142 of 2018 within a reasonable period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
