petitioner's sale deed dated 23.08.2017 in Doc.No.1136/2017, on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Vadipatti, Madurai District, based on petitioner's application dated 07.06.2025 in Petition No. 2025/N123/24/011158 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in New Survey No.111/5, Old Survey No. 111/2, with an extent of 3 cents, in Thathampatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering her application dated 07.06.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Vellaichamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the

third respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, she purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 23.08.2017 and the patta for the subject property stands in her name in Patta No.81. The petitioner submitted an application on 07.06.2025 in Application No.2025/N123/24/011158, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hnece, the petitoner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the

online application of the petitioner dated 07.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
