2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JERIN MATHEW M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.8965 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15073 of 2020 on 28.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.8965 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15073 of 2020 on 28.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.10811 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.8965 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15073 of 2020 on 28.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
