Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 r/w 439 (1)(b) of Cr.P.C, to modify the condition No.3 imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2630 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition No.3 imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2630 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021 and permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Sub Registrar, Muthukulathur. As per the condition imposed, he has to travel to a long distance to report before the respondent police daily. Hence, it is difficult to the petitioner to comply the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition regularly. 4.Whatever the grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner, he has to approach the concerned Court seeking modification. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19059 of 2021 approach this Court for further remedy.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
