Track Mahila Court,Kanyakumari at Nagercoil vide the letter in D.No.335/2025 dated 09.04.2025, this Court made the following order: By an order dated 16.12.2024, this Court directed the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District to dispose of S.C.No.68 of 2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.335/2025, dated 09.04.2025, wherein, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 16.12.2024, made in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19615 of 2021 dated 16.12.2024.
