(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The very same writ petitioner, namely, the Tamil Nadu Boiler and Boilers components Manufactures Association, earlier filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.27736 of 2022 seeking a similar relief. The Hon'ble Division Bench of the Principal Seat of this Court rejected the relief by passing an order dated 02.08.2023. By suppressing the fact regarding the filing of the earlier Writ Petition, the present Writ Petition was filed on 23.08.2023 seeking the same relief. When we have proposed to impose cost, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner may

be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
