The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to take necessary steps for the commencement and completion of the construction of the modern abattoir at Panjappur, Trichy including providing police protection to the petitioner company and its workers in pursuance of the deliberations at the peace committee meeting dated 12/04/2018.

2. Both parties have made counterclaim against each other which should be resolved as per the procedures set out in the agreement between them. Till such time the relief claimed in this writ cannot be granted.
