PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 11.11.2014 in Na.Ka.No.764/2014/A4 signed on 19.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct proper enquiry and pass appropriate order against the fifth respondent based on the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law.
