The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 8 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 9 to 15 in respect of property situated in S.No.67/1A1 in patta No.416, in K.Alangulam Village, Sankarankoil Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering her representations dated 15.06.2022 and 27.06.2022 within a time frame.

Heard Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 3 to 6, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 8 and Mr.V.Nirmal Kumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the 7th respondent.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court to work out his remedy.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
