Gnanaraj, age 28 years, before this Honble Court and set her at liberty . 1/4

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Poornachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner , this Court made the following order:

"Today, the matter has been listed before this Court under the caption ''for reporting compliance''.

2.The earlier Division Bench of this Court, by order, dated 31.08.203, had dismissed the Habeas Corpus Petition, imposing a cost of Rs.10,000/- payable by the Petitioner to the credit of Current A/c.No.7567821433 towards Kalaignar Centenary Library, Madurai on or before 07.09.2023, however, the said order has not been complied with till date.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not in a position to pay the cost as ordered by this Court and prays for modification of the said order.

4.However, this Court is unable to entertain the request of the Petitioner to modify the earlier order passed by the Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, the State Government is directed to take appropriate steps to recover the said amount from the Petitioner herein, as per law. No further order is required in this matter. "
