for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(b) of IPC (316(2), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of BNS), in Crime No.32 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by this Court on 12.08.2024. Today also, the position remains the same; not even a single penny has been recovered. Hence, this case requires custodial interrogation of the petitioner. Therefore, I am of the view that petitioner cannot be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
