ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the suit O.S.No.696 of 2009 on the file of the learned 2nd Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, has been dismissed for default on 18.12.2021.

2.The above Civil Revision Petition therefore stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this Civil Revision Petition, when the suit O.S.No.696 of 2009 restores to file. No costs.
