ORDER

The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 03.07.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.14485 of 2024.

2.In compliance of the orders of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the third respondent in the writ petition on 05.11.2024 releasing the terminal benefits of the petitioner. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that his basic pay has been erroneously fixed. 3.Considering the fact that the said issue was not before this Court, the alleged erroneous fixation of the basic pay cannot be considered in the contempt petition.

4.In view of the said facts, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.11.2024, if he is so advised.
