Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order A.No.108/2021-A, Dated 25.10.2021 on the file of the 1st respondent and the quash the same as arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 1st respondent to furnish the copies of the documents mentioned in Annexure III and the statements of the witnesses mentioned in Annexure IV to the charge memo dated 05.08.2021 to enable the petitioner to submit a detailed reply. ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.01.

2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, vide letter in D.No.2123/22-A, dated 20.04.2022, this Court made the following order:- The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, by letter dated 20.04.2022, has requested extension of time by one month to complete the inquiry in D.P.No.3 of 2021.

2.Considering the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, the time is extended to complete the inquiry in D.P.No.3 of 2021 for a further period of one month from today.
