This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14278 of 2023 on 04.08.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14278 of 2023 on 04.08.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (I.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
