PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned final panel in Na.Ka.No.014520/A3/E1/2018 dated 12.07.2018 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same insofar as the noninclusion of the petitioner's candidature is concerned and further directing the first respondent to include the name of the petitioner in final panel for promotion to the post of Personal Assistant to District Education Officer and consequently promote the petitioner to the post of Personal Assistant to District Education Officer.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable to get instructions from his client with regard to the present status of the matter and therefore, he is reporting no instructions in this matter.

3. Since this writ petition is of the year 2018 and already this Court had granted sufficient adjournments to the petitioner, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
