ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Special Sub Inspector of Police, seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to confer selection cadre upon him on completion of 10 years as Special Sub Inspector of Police. 2.Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 05.09.2023. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the limited request made by the writ petitioner, the respondents herein are directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 05.09.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
