Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. DHILIPANPANDIAN R.L., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10398 of 2023 on 13.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the first petitioner not having complied the condition regularly. So far as other petitioners are concerned they have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10398 of 2023 on 13.06.2023 is relaxed in respect of petitioners 2 to 5 and the petitioners 2 to 5 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is 2/3

dismissed in respect of the first petitioner, since he has not complied the condition even for fifteen days.
