confirming the decree and Judgment of court of the District Munsif Paramakudi, made in O.S.No.16 of 1995, dated 20.07.1998.

ORDER:- These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Senthil, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. T.R.Jeypalam advocate for the Respondents No.2,3,5, 7 and 8, this Court made the following order:

C.M.P.(MD)Nos.10565, 10567 and 10568 of 2021 are filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above second appeal.

2.C.M.P.(MD)Nos.10570, 10571 and 10573 of 2021 are filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 8 in the above second appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection in allowing these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed. 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title within a week. The appellants are directed to file the amended copy of the appeal memorandum on or before 04.09.2023.
