Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records relating to the order/letter of the 2nd respondent dated 20.09.2019 passed in Letter No.417/ PapiE5/TNSTC(ku) Nagai/2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to prosecute the responsible officers of the 2nd and 3rd respondents for having violated the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in this case, award cost.
