ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.213 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused said to have threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences and also assaulted him and caused injury. Hence, the complaint.

3. This is the third anticipatory bail application. Earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.15876 of 2022 came to be dismissed by this Court, on 02.09.2022, on the ground that the petitioner is involved in several cases and history sheeted was opened in H.S.No.367 of 2015. CRL OP(MD). No.18141 of 2022 4.Insofar as the petitioner is concerned, he is involved in several cases, he is not entitled for discretionary relief of anticipatory bail.

5.The petitioner shall surrender either before the concerned Court or before the respondent police and seek regular bail. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
