No.165 of 2009 on the file of the Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif) Madurai.

DECREE:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Revision, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Courts and the material papers and upon hearing the the arguments of Mr. K.Muraleedharan, Advocate for the Petitioner, and this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the Judgment and decree dated 28.07.2022 made in R.C.A No.20 of 2018 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge) Madurai be and is hereby confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
