PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to defreeze my saving bank account No.1705077125 and allow the petitioner to operate the account to withdraw the petitioner's terminal benefits and monthly pension etc., ignoring un authenticated letter of second respondent, based on the representation dated 29.01.2018.

ORDER

Toady, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner made a statement before the second respondent by stating that he has already withdrawn the terminal benefit amount and monthly pension from the respondent Bank.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
