24.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 302 and 506(i) of IPC altered into 294(b), 498(A), 506(ii) and 304 of IPC, in crime No.133 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner thrown the 8 months old infant on the road and caused death. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
