The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 15.11.2021 passed by the second respondent and for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide new Electricity service connection in pursuant to the application dated 29.10.2021 for commencement of industrial business in the name and style of SMR manufactures of furniture within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that connection was given on 21.09.2023.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 may be recorded and the present petition may be closed.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
